Since qualifying in 2014 from Keele University, I have gained extensive experience as a Physiotherapist, working within the NHS and progressing to become a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist within Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic injuries. I completed my Masters in Sport and Exercise Physio at Cardiff University in 2021. This provided advanced skills in injury assessments, rehabilitation, programme design, treatment and the understanding of anatomical, physiological and psychological aspects of injury.

In 2021 I left the NHS to work within sport full time initially at Wolves FC and from 2023 at Everton FC. Prior to this I had the pleasure of working part time at Wrexham FC and Liverpool FC.
